TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•    Online Registration closing date Tuesday, 1 September 2020
•    Only fully pre-paid registrations will be accepted
•    STRICLY NO CASH PAYMENTS will be accepted onsite, however card payments will be accepted onsite
•    Name changes are accepted within the same registration category
•    Delegates are responsible for their own Booking of Travel & Accommodation arrangements
•    Note that host country will comply with all relevant legislation governing the country

 

Cancellations and Refunds
•    All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to admin@eventoptions.co.za
•    Before 31 May 2020 : 10% cancellation fee will be applicable
•    01 June 2020 – 31 July 2020 : 25% cancellation fee will be applicable
•    01 August 2020 – 31 August 2020 : 50% cancellation fee will be applicable
•    No refunds after 1 September 2020
•    Name changes are possible when in the SAME registration category only (no tax invoice changes)
•    Changes across different registration categories or an amended / new tax invoice will incur an administration fee of R350 per change
•    The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply
•    Refunds are processed after the Conference once all the reconciliations are complete
